The European Parliament publishes a study called “Main trends in the recent case law of the EU Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights in the field of fundamental rights” - April 2012

The European Parliament achieved in April a study regarding the impact of case law in the field of fundamental rights called “Main trends in the recent case law of the EU Court of Justice and the European Court of Human Rights in the field of fundamental rights”.

The study focuses on indentifying the fields of conflict, the role of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union after the entry in force of the Lisbon Treaty and the cross-references between the two courts in 2010 and 2011.
