Why to make a donation to AEDH?

In a Europe where important choices concern more than 490 million people, the European Association for the Defence of Human Rights, AEDH, takes a stand and act on every grounds, including institutional grounds. It also acts to guarantee that all fundamental rights of EU residents are recognized in their universality, their indivisibility and their effectiveness.

AEDH comprises Human rights protection associations of the EU and associates individuals. AEDH is an associate member of FIDH, the International Federation for Human Rights protection.

How to make a donation?

There is no minimum amount. You can make a donation by post office transfer or online.

By post office transfer
Print the application form to make a donation, fill in this form and send it by post. In this case, the payment will be executed by bank transfer.

By electronic payment
If you have a Visa, a MasterCard or a Paypal account, we suggest you to pay your contribution by electronic payment. Then, before clicking on “continue” you have to complete the amount of your contribution and update totals. Once your payment is accomplished, you will immediately receive a receipt. Through the Luxembourg Intercultural Fund

The AEDH is accredited, since December 2010, to the Luxembourg Intercultural Fund, in order to receive tax-deductible donations. As a result, every person liable to tax in a country from the European Union that makes a donation to the AEDH through that fund, will be accorded a tax-deduction. 

The way to do it is very simple : you just have to make a transfer payment of the appropriate amount to the Luxembourg Intercultural Fund in specifying that the donation is for the AEDH and in adding your name and address. You will be then sent a certificate of deposit from the Fund that you will have to enclose to your tax-return as to beneficiate from the tax-deduction. You also have to fill in and send the application form to make a donation to the AEDH in specifyng that your transfer payment was made through the Intercultural Fund.

The Luxembourg Intercultural Fund has been created by the ASTI (Association for Support to the Migrants Workers) and aims at promoting and facilitating the mutual comprehension between migrants and luxembourg nationals through several activities in the country.
