LHRC: “Citizens of a non-existent State: the long-term Phenomenon of Mass Statelessness in Latvia” – 2008

The Latvian Human Rights Committee published in 2008 a report on the issue of mass statelessness in Latvia.

The report presents who are the “Latvian non-citizens” and documents this phenomenon of mass statelessness with key figures and analyses. Finally it addresses international recommendations to the European Union, the United Nations, and the Council of Europe.
