LDH (French-speaking Belgium) : A complaint lodged by the LDH against FEDASIL and Ministers in charge of asylum seekers’ reception - 28 August 2011

LDH joins victims of reception crisis in the complaint they lodged today against FEDASIL as well as against Ministers and State Secretary of Social Integration and Fight against Poverty.

Since August 2008, FEDASIL, the federal Agency for asylum seekers’ reception, refused to more than 10.000 persons the right to reception which would allow them to live a life complying with human dignity.
