19 October 2010 - A strategy for the implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights by the EU

The European Commission presented on October 19th 2010, its strategy for the implementation of the Charter of Fundamental Rights. This strategy is aimed at effectively implementing the Charter in all EU member States. Indeed, this Charter is supposed to be legally binding since the entry into force of the Lisbon Treaty. Something that is far from being done yet.
