10 March 2010 - European Parliament adopts resolution on the ACTA agreement

The AEDH welcomes the adoption by the European Parliament of its resolution of 10 March 2010 on the transparency and state of play of the ACTA negotiations.

However, this position of the European Parliament doesn’t solve the problem (see flashnews 4 March 2010). Vigilance must remain high, in particular towards the national governments which are discussing this matter in the Council. Negotiations must be transparent, notably the publication of the state of play of the agreement.
