Why to become member of AEDH?

In a Europe where important choices concern more than 490 million people, the European Association for the Defence of Human Rights, AEDH, takes a stand and acts on every grounds, including institutional grounds. It also acts to guarantee that all fundamental rights of EU residents are recognized in their universality, their indivisibility and their effectiveness.

The AEDH gathers together associations protecting Human Rights in the EU and also associates individuals. The AEDH is an associate member of the FIDH, the International Federation for Human Rights protection.

Being a member of AEDH, means promoting...

A democratic and transparent Europe in which citizens have a real power.
A Europe based on the respect of everybody’s rights and liberties.
A Europe that claims its concern for social equity, and that places economic and social rights on equal footing with other rights.
A Europe which chooses sustainable development and which respects the environment.
A Europe without discrimination
A Europe opened on the world and that fulfils its international responsibilities.

How to become a member?

The amount of the contribution is at least 25€ (10€ for students). You can join by post office transfer or online.

By post office transfer
Print the application form to become a member of the AEDH, fill in this form and send it by post. In this case, the payment will be executed by bank transfer.

By Paypal electronic payment
If you have a Visa, a MasterCard or a Paypal account, you can pay your contribution by Paypal electronic payment :
1) complete the amount of your contribution,
2) click on "update totals",
3) if a security window appears, click on "yes",
4) click on "continue",
5) enter your bank account details and your personal data and then click on "Review donation and Continue".
Once your payment is accomplished, you will immediately receive a receipt. We will send you afterwards the confirmation of your membership.
